After 70 years of producing some of the worlds most important music, how does a major record label define itself, and express its value to future artists? This was the strategic and creative challenge posed to us.

After plenty of internal interviews, debates about how music has grown, and crawling through Warners archives. We partnered with an external agency to develop Warners new identity.

Focussing on the Original Artists who will drive the future of music, we collaborated on a new company mission, visual identity, brand film and website.

Then, to make sure the brand was adopted, we spent one month giving "brand onboarding seminars" to all 50 of Warners office territories. Offering guidance and discussing local nuance with team members.
